If you feel like you’re doing everything yourself, this is the day we find out why — and start fixing it.

“It’s just faster if I do it myself.”
“Do I have to do everything around here?”
“They only seem to step up when I’m there.”
“All I seem to do is put out fires.”
“The most significant impact of Andrew’s coaching has been the positive shift in our salon’s culture. He has a unique ability to uplift the work environment, fostering a sense of connection, accountability and empowerment among all staff members.”

A million-dollar salon, and by the end I was in it two days a week.
Systems and one-on-ones did that. That’s what we work on.
Why everything keeps coming back to you, and what’s keeping you stuck in the middle of it.
What has to change so you choose when you work — days on the floor, what time you walk out — instead of the salon choosing.
Why the problems you thought you’d fixed keep coming back — and which one or two changes will take the most off your plate.
Before anyone takes on more, they have to feel it’s worth it. This is where that starts, and you’ll leave knowing exactly how to do it.
“I’ve had the privilege of working with several business coaches throughout my journey as a salon owner, but Andrew stands apart. His simplistic approach, coupled with his unparalleled templates and workbooks, sets him apart from any other coach I’ve encountered. They are, without a doubt, the best I’ve come across.”

The working week you actually want, the two things worth fixing first, and how to go about them.
The one-on-one system that changes how people show up, and the video series to use with your own team.
A private group with everyone from the day, half an hour on Zoom every Monday for a month, and a one-on-one with me to check it actually happened. No extra charge.

I’ve taught this to rooms of four hundred. This one is ten, so I can get to everybody’s salon on the day.
This workshop is for you if…
Built for established salon owners with a team of three or more.

Forty years in hairdressing. Twenty of them owning multiple salons in the Sydney CBD — a million-dollar business I ended up running on two or three days a week.
I systemised the living hell out of it, and I sat down one-on-one with every person on my team. That’s what changed it. It’s what I’ve been put on stages to talk about since, and it’s what we do on the 23rd.
I spent a long time believing the place fell apart without me, and I was half right — it did, because of how I’d built it. This is the day I wish someone had run for me.
“I used to think delegating was telling people what to do. I found out the hard way.”
“Before Andrew’s coaching, I often felt overwhelmed, trying to juggle everything on my own. It was like being in the weeds, dealing with whatever situation was directly in front of me. I realised I was on a fast track to burnout, trying to do it all myself.”

You won’t be sitting watching slides. You’ll be working on your own salon all day, with me over your shoulder.
Sick of telling people the same thing twice? We work on what stops that. Sick of standards dropping the minute you walk out? We work on what changes that. Twenty problems and no idea which one to start with? You’ll leave knowing the two that matter.
You go home with a workbook you’ve filled in, not one you’ve been handed.
No. Most owners I work with love the job — it’s everything around it that’s the problem. This is about getting to where you choose when you’re on the floor, instead of having to be there for anything to work.
Most people have. We don’t start from “delegate more” — that’s the advice you’ve already had, and it’s why it didn’t work. We start with why it keeps coming back to you in the first place.
Sometimes they are. The day isn’t about blaming you or blaming them. It’s about working out what’s really causing each thing — because right now you’re probably treating every problem as though it’s the same kind of problem.
Not scarcity marketing. Half the day is you working on your own salon with me over your shoulder, and that stops being possible at about twelve.
No. The work only makes sense if it’s the person whose name is on the lease. Bring what you build back to her on Tuesday.
Let me know before 16 November and I’ll refund you in full. After that I’ll move you to the next one.
That’s the reason to come, not the reason not to. If you can’t leave the salon for one Monday, that’s the thing we’re fixing.
